Alright, Some plan defenition.
I dont know how large this thing will get. hopefully big. So here is the overall shimmy of the plan.
The "Main" Meet will be held at Neutral Ground (hopefully) in NYC. During the day. Now, I am allowing up to maybe 6 (perhaps more depending who) people that im personal friends with , or trust back to my house for more D&D stuff at night. Or just chilling yanno? Depending on where everyone is staying they can try to arrange their own evening plans. This is of course if more then 10 people come. If the number stays small then the whole even will be at my home. Now so far we have 4 people coming, One from Michigan (cool eh?).

I will ask SDH to set up a forum at which we can discuss this event. I will also be advertising it on the Wizards.com FR General board. And on their Gamer Classifieds board.

Neutral Ground DOES charge entry.......but if its a large enough group we can get a massive discount plus we may buy food so they will be even nicer to us.

So basic plan so far is Main even at NG, with smaller group at my place overnight.
This is planned for some 3 day weekend in July/August.

Okay, I'm here. Changed the template but it'll take a little while to load. I'm considering moving it to the other side. However, I can't exactly see it right now, so I'll do that later.
